We honour the entrepreneur who quietly wrestles with imposter syndrome yet continues to show up, build, lead and create. We see the young professional who doubts her voice in the boardroom but speaks anyway. We acknowledge the mother balancing work and family, navigating competing demands, carrying invisible mental loads yet still striving to grow.We recognise the woman stepping into seniority, feeling intimidated by the weight of the title, yet choosing to rise to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
