About us....

The genesis of Inspiravit, a business dedicated to supporting transformation in corporations and INGOs, traces back several years before its establishment. Founder Christine Wilke, has always had a deep passion for collaborating with leaders and teams to make a difference.  The concept developed while working on strategic and cultural change in an INGO.  Since then Christine has have formed partnerships with a number of experienced associates who bring knowledge and diverse experiences to Inspiravit clients.

Christine Wilke

Christine Wilke is the founder and Managing Director of Inspiravit Consulting (Pty) Ltd. With over 25 years of experience, she has provided organisational design, development, cultural transformation, and leadership development services to prominent private and non-profit organisations. Christine brings more than 15 years of expertise in the INGO humanitarian sector to her work, embodying a deep commitment to social impact and positive change.

 

Experience

Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Christine held the role of Human Resource Senior Leader in the energy sector and at the renowned international retailer. As an entrepreneur, she managed a retail franchise and various small businesses, including a Change Management Consultancy. She then was appointed as the Senior Global Organisation Development and Change Advisor for World Vision International.

Throughout her career, Christine dedicated her time to philanthropic endeavours, providing pro bono coaching services to South African NGOs and serving as a Rotarian Leader. In her capacity as Vice President of Rotary, she focused on providing bursaries and mentoring for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Qualifications

Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Science Honours  in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town (UCT). Shew was awarded a gold medal and several class awards for her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town. Christine also qualified with a Masters in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch. Her thesis was on Team Coaching.

Christine is a qualified coach, a member of the EMCC, and an accredited Insights Discovery Partner.

Associates

Fred Gyaviira Kyaka

Fred is a highly experienced business leader with expertise in business, leadership, and community development, largely within East and parts of Western Africa. His over 20-year career includes extensive executive and multi-country leadership roles, across both commercial and NGO sectors, with global leaders like Lafarge, Coca-Cola, Shell, and Population Services International.

Experience

As a certified people developer through organizations like The Maxwell Leadership Team, Regent University Centre for Entrepreneurship, and Integrate Leadership, Fred has trained coached teams and executives from across the globe for close to 20 years. He has consulted with the EU Civil Society to build leadership and governance from the Civil Society in Uganda and is a current Faculty Member of the Institute for National Transformation Uganda where he raises transformational leaders.

Fred is passionate about serving community and is a PHF in Rotary International, and has served in leadership and governance of many alumni associations and a number of SMEs.

Qualifications

He has a Bsc. Forestry from Makerere University, a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Leadership Program and is currently pursuing his MBA in Executive Leadership from the South Eastern University, USA.

 I love it because it honors people, by recognising that they have solutions within themselves to address the solutions that they face. I love the smiles when the lights are turned on, and my coaching clients are navigating challenges which seemed like roadblocks before the process
